Our process

If you'd like to proceed with a design and build from us, we will first visit you to discuss your ideas and assess the area for the project. Following that we will provide a quotation for the work, including an outline of what we are deliverying for you togther with the materials and labour required. 

Contract & Booking

Providing you agree with the costs quoted and want to proceed. To secure the work and your preferred dates, we will ask you to sign a copy of the quotation and request 10% down payment. 

Completion & payment

7 days before we commence the agreed work we ask for 40% payment to help us cover the cost of materials.

When we arrive onsite, we will go through the quotation one last time to ensure everything is correct. We'll then carry out the work. 

Upon completion we request the final 50% payment. 

This way of working provides some security for us both, and ensures everything runs smoothly.

Insurance

To put your mind at rest, and ours! We do have full public liability insurance, of which a copy can be presented upon request.
